You choose how long a period you wish to rent the domain for up to a maximum of ten years. You enter into a rental agreement with us. You also tell us the DNS details you wish the domain to have. These will generally be the same as your existing website.
We then update the registration of the domain with details of your servers. TrophyWord continues to be the registered owner of the domain.
This allows you to maintain the content of the site yourself. You can redirect traffic to a part of your existing website or develop new content yourself if you prefer. At the end of the rental period we change the registered DNS details back to our own servers. You can, of course, renew your rental agreement if you wish.

Throughout, we remain the freeholder of the domain, unless you choose to buy the domain from us, in which case the registration (freehold) is transferred to you.
